Brandon P. Gruber, a Long Island native, is a personal injury attorney at Avanzino & Moreno, P.C. With a family background in personal injury, he has been exposed to the practice from an early age and understands what it takes to build a case from intake through trial readiness. Brandon represents injured clients in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction site accidents, and municipal liability.
Brandon is involved in all stages of litigation, including case intake and evaluation, discovery, conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. He has experience handling settlement conferences, mediation, and arbitration.
